Open Heaven 15 March 2018

MEMORISE: So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which taketh away the life of the

MESSAGE:
One enemy you must conquer is yourself. If this is done, you will surely win other external battles because, the toughests battles are the ones within.

All those who failed in external battles
failed because they could not win the internal battles they had with lust, anger, pride, lies,
disobedience, greed, unwillingness to forgive, bitterness or vain glory.

It is never too late to
start that battle. Start today!
Every major Bible character had their
weaknesses. The only difference was that while some brought theirs before the Lord and
received help to overcome them, others simply
ignored theirs probably because they thought it
was little, but it later ended up defeating them.

The truth is; that little vice in your character has great prospect for growth. If ignored over a
period of time, the little foxes will become great giants. Prayerfully search yourself, and ask the Holy Spirit to cast a spotlight on your character
and root out every hidden sin or character trait
that will hinder you greatness and bring you down in the future.

PRAYER POINT:
Father, please uproot from my life every trace of anger, greed, bitterness and the unwillingness to
forgive.

1.Thank you, Father, for your love, compassion and mercy, over my life.

2.Thank you, Jesus, for leaving all your glory in heaven, to reveal yourself as the way, the truth and the life.

3.Holy Spirit divine, thank you, for coming into my life; and for being my guide, mentor, confidant, counsellor and senior partner.

4.Father, in anyway, l have fallen short of your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me, in Jesus’ name.

5.Father, give me the grace, to always obey and follow the promptings and leadings of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus’ name.

6.Father, let every attempt of Satan and his agents, to lead me away from the path of eternal life, to the path of hell, be frustrated from above, in Jesus’ name.

7.Father, do not allow me to perish with those, who are destined to perish, please, give me the grace to turn from my evil ways, before it is too late, for me, in Jesus’ name.

8.Father, help me to live and walk in your Will, that I may escape the judgement that is sure to come, in Jesus’ name.

9.Father, when I shall stand before your righteous throne of judgement, please, let me not be found wanting, in Jesus’ name.

10.Compassionate Holy Spirit, please strongly reprove the people in my locality of sin, of righteousness and of judgement, and let Your work of conviction have free course in their hearts in Jesus’ Name.

11.Father, in any area, the accuser of brethren, the devil, may be accusing, Pastor E.A. Adeboye, the author of the open heavens daily devotional and general overseer of RCCG, please, let your mercy prevail over judgement, in his life, in Jesus’ name.

OPEN HEAVEN 16 MARCH 2018 FRIDAY DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE

When God completed the process of creation, He carefully appraised everything He had created and concluded that they were very good. Genesis 1:31says,

“And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.”

However, looking at the world created by God today, it is obvious that a lot of things are no longer very good. Why is this so? Through the deception of the devil, Adam and Eve fell into the error of sin, and this brought corruption and degeneration into the world.

After the fall, mankind began to worship created things such as the moon, stars, mountains, rivers, trees and animals as God. Because the Almighty God id a jealous God, He responded by cursing the earth, and this led to a situation where these created things began to work against humanity, thereby making life terribly difficult for them.

The land refused to yield its increase, weather became contrary, and animals became wild and unfriendly. However, the Almighty God knew that humanity needed restoration: the kind of restoration that only He, the Creator, could provide.

This prompted Him, out of love and compassion, to send His only begotten Son on the difficult assignment of restoring mankind to his original state. May God’s Name be praised forever.

During the life and ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ on earth, He went about restoring things that had been destroyed by the enemy back to God’s original plan and purpose. Open Heaven 15 March 2018

Through the Land Jesus Christ, the restoration power of God was released, not only by miraculous healing and deliverance, but also through forgiveness of sin, restoration of destiny, recovery of lost glory, and restoration of communities (Luke 8:39-40).

Through His restoration work, a once shunned leper could now freely join other people to worship God, and people who were previously blind, lame and incapacitated became useful members of their society instead of living as beggars. Those freed from demonic possession were no longer feared by their neighbours.

Some even became evangelist, openly testifying to the glory of God. That same Jesus is still in the business of physical and spiritual restoration. I pray that in any way your destiny has become corrupted, the Lord will grant you total restoration in Jesus’ Name.

I also pray that in every way perversion has entered into the Body of Christ, to attack and paralyse its operation, the Lord will step in to completely restore His Church in Jesus’ Name.
