18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.

19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.

20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.

21 And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the Lord hath not spoken?

22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.

While God operates in the invisible realm of the spirit, man operates in the realm of the physical world. Faith is therefore required for man to interact with God (Hebrews 11:6).

Without faith, it is absolutely impossible to acknowledge the existence of God or connect with Him in anyway. In Romans 10:17, the Holy Spirit declares the faith comes by hearing the word of God.

In other words, faith can only come through God’s word. God essentially designed His word to be the perfect tool that enables us to connect with Him through the stirring up of faith in our spirit man. Read – Daily Divine Declarations For Tuesday 15th April 2019

“And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. 2nd Timothy 3:15-17

Daily interaction with the word of God develops the kind of faith that is focused on salvation and eternity, and it produces character that is thoroughly equipped to yield the fruits of righteousness to the glory of God.

Consequently, the word of God should be desired more than our daily food (Job 23:12). Jesus said man shall not live by bread alone but by every word of God (Luke 4:4).

He also commanded His disciples to go and teach all nations of the world to do the things in His word, so that everyone can be saved and spend eternity in heaven. Knowing the importance and power behind God’s word, Satan has set out a grand scheme to counterfeit and adulterate it through so called “higher knowledge”.

Children of God should therefore be careful of new revelations and information fromextra-biblical sources. Stop listening to false prophets and ungodly suggestions from people of questionable character who have no solid spiritual background (Deuteronomy 13:1-3).

Our Lord said we would easily recognise such people by their fruit (Matthew 7:20). After identifying them, I admonish you to discountenance their claims, avoid getting carried away by what they say, and ignore their “prophetic” and “miraculous” propaganda (1st John 4:1).

Completely reject anyone who brings any philosophy or teaching that is not found in the Bible (2nd John 1:10). Remember they will not stand for you before God on the day of judgement.

4 For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.

One important thing about God that we must quickly learn as His children is the great power, authority and significance attached to His word.

Psalm 138:2 tells us that God even magnifies His word above His Name. The enormity of this statement is amplified when you realize that His Name is above all other names in heaven and on earth, and that at the mention of His Name every knee must bow (Philippians 2:9-11).

It is therefore not surprising that God only speaks whenever it is absolutely necessary, and His words are usually few and straight to the point. When God speaks to you, it is better you pay close attention to every minute detail of His words. Read – Open Heaven 15th April 2019

As partakers of His divine nature, God expects us to be like Him by going straight to the point whenever we have the opportunity of communicating with Him.

Jesus manifested this desire in His interaction with people when He was with us here on earth. In today’s Bible reading, when Jesus asked the paralyzed man, who had been suffering for thirty-eight years, if he wanted to be healed, He expected an answer that was straight to the point, but what He got was a rambling speech. However, Jesus mercifully healed him.

Our Lord Jesus Christ teaches us in Matthew 6:7 that prayers are not necessarily answered because of the multitude of words. God answers prayers based on His love for His children.

Because of His grace, He gives us things we do not deserve, and He shields us from harmful desires through His mercy. Read – Daily Declarations For Sunday 14th April 2019

When David was confronted with one of the most distressful situations of his life at Ziklag, he went straight to the point in his prayer to God in 1st Samuel 30:8, which says:

“And David enquired at the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? Shall I overtake them? And he answered him, pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.”

After his conversation with God, David and his men went ahead to recover all that the enemy had carried away from them. There was not a single thing that was lost. I prophesy into your life that before the end of this year, there shall be a recovery of everything you have lost in Jesus’ Name.

Is your health being invaded by sickness? Are you troubled on every side? Is your source of income under such terrible attacks that it has become difficult to make ends meet?

Is the ocean of life threatening the survival of your marriage? Are you struggling to maintain your relationship with God because of sinful demands at your place of work?

Are you agitated because of the fear of the future? I decree the immediate release of the power of God to deal with all your problems and to give you all-round peace in Jesus’ Name.

12 And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.

13 Therefore thus saith the Lord; Ask ye now among the heathen, who hath heard such things: the virgin of Israel hath done a very horrible thing.

14 Will a man leave the snow of Lebanon which cometh from the rock of the field? or shall the cold flowing waters that come from another place be forsaken?

15 Because my people hath forgotten me, they have burned incense to vanity, and they have caused them to stumble in their ways from the ancient paths, to walk in paths, in a way not cast up;

16 To make their land desolate, and a perpetual hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished, and wag his head.

17 I will scatter them as with an east wind before the enemy; I will shew them the back, and not the face, in the day of their calamity.

18 Then said they, Come and let us devise devices against Jeremiah; for the law shall not perish from the priest, nor counsel from the wise, nor the word from the prophet. Come, and let us smite him with the tongue, and let us not give heed to any of his words.

19 Give heed to me, O Lord, and hearken to the voice of them that contend with me.

20 Shall evil be recompensed for good? for they have digged a pit for my soul. Remember that I stood before thee to speak good for them, and to turn away thy wrath from them.

21 Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.

22 Let a cry be heard from their houses, when thou shalt bring a troop suddenly upon them: for they have digged a pit to take me, and hid snares for my feet.

19 Thus saith the Lord, Go and get a potter’s earthen bottle, and take of the ancients of the people, and of the ancients of the priests;

2 And go forth unto the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the east gate, and proclaim there the words that I shall tell thee,

3 And say, Hear ye the word of the Lord, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever heareth, his ears shall tingle.

4 Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents;

5 They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind:

6 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor The valley of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of slaughter.

7 And I will make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of them that seek their lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.

8 And I will make this city desolate, and an hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof.

9 And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend in the siege and straitness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them.

10 Then shalt thou break the bottle in the sight of the men that go with thee,

11 And shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaketh a potter’s vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury them in Tophet, till there be no place to bury.

12 Thus will I do unto this place, saith the Lord, and to the inhabitants thereof, and even make this city as Tophet:

13 And the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, shall be defiled as the place of Tophet, because of all the houses upon whose roofs they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have poured out drink offerings unto other gods.

14 Then came Jeremiah from Tophet, whither the Lord had sent him to prophesy; and he stood in the court of the Lord’s house; and said to all the people,

OPEN HEAVEN 15 APRIL 2019 MEMORISE: And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night. Numbers 14:1

OPEN HEAVEN 15 APRIL 2019 READ: 1 Samuel 30:1-6

1And it came to pass, when David and his men were come to Ziklag on the third day, that the Amalekites had invaded the south, and Ziklag, and smitten Ziklag, and burned it with fire;

2 And had taken the women captives, that were therein: they slew not any, either great or small, but carried them away, and went on their way.

3 So David and his men came to the city, and, behold, it was burned with fire; and their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, were taken captives.

4 Then David and the people that were with him lifted up their voice and wept, until they had no more power to weep.

5 And David’s two wives were taken captives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the wife of Nabal the Carmelite.

6 And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.

Weeping is an expression of deep emotions that move one to shed tears. It is a means of expressing sorrow, sadness, disappointment, misfortune or overwhelming joy.

While it is not wrong to weep after experiencing an unpleasant situation, we should realize that such emotions can sometimes block our minds from seeing the door of opportunity that the Lord opens in every situation.

There are some adverse circumstances the enemy orchestrates, where the Lord would want us to take action instead of allowing ourselves to be overrun by sorrow and weeping. Read – Daily Divine Declarations For 14th April 2019

In such situations, weeping will not do us any good. It might even rob us of the victory that God has prepared for us. If you continue weeping before God when He expects you to act, your weeping will not move Him to act on your behalf. We see an example of this in 1 Samuel 30:3-4, which says:

“So David and his men came to the city, and, behold, it was burned with fire; and their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, were taken captives.Then David and the people that were with him lifted up their voice and wept, until they had no more power to weep.”

Is it not amazing that David and his men wept until they had no more strength to weep, and yet their situation remained as hopeless as ever? Their weeping did nothing to improve their situation.

Things remained stagnant until David encouraged himself in the Lord his God. Only after doing this did things begin to brighten up for him and his people.

While weeping is a very good way of attracting the sympathy of others, it often presents us as weak and helpless, which we are not. Read – Prayer Points For Open Heavens 14th April 2019

We have the All-powerful God as our help and strength, and in His word, He repeatedly told people in distress to weep not (Luke 8:52). Like David, we must stop seeking sympathy and begin to apply rugged faith.

If you will ever overcome adversity and achieve anything tangible in life, you need to apply faith that persistently holds on to God, believing that He can make impossible possible against all odds. Read – Open Heavens 14th April 2019

Hold onto the assurance that there is no situation or circumstance beyond God’s control. Our miracle-working God is able to reverse every irreversible situation.

He can bring hope to a person’s life irrespective of the presence of long-running problems. In john 5:1-8, we read the story of the man at the pool of Bethesda who was at the same spot for 38 years.

He claimed that the reason he had not been made whole for so long was because he had no one to assist him, but by the time Jesus came on the scene, his problems ceased without the help of any man. No matter how seemingly difficult your problem is, God will terminate it today in Jesus’ Name.

The book of remembrance is a divine record of those who fear God and obey His commands. Kept before the throne of God, it documents their righteous deeds.

In today’s memory verse, some godly people were discussing among themselves the challenges they faced in an environment where the ungodly seemed to be prospering while they were not.

The Lord took note of their conversation and immediately opened a book of remembrance on their behalf. This tells us that God listens in on their heartfelt discussions, and His attention is always drawn to our good deeds and challenges, so much so that He even documents them. In times of uncertainty and when faced with challenges, you can draw on this truth to call God to remembrance and cause Him to move on your behalf.

Nehemiah knew this, and so when he was faced with the challenge of building the walls of Jerusalem in times of uncertainty and adversity, he prayed this prayer in Nehemiah 13:14, saying:

“Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and wipe not out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God, and for the offices thereof.”

Indeed, God rewards the righteous deeds of those who persistently hold on to Him. I am a living testimony of this. The Holy Spirit says in Galatians 6:9:

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

This suggests that God can never forget our contributions to the progress of His kingdom. He will ensure that we receive proper recognition and reward for our righteous deeds. Speaking in Hebrews 6:10, the Holy Spirit further says:

“For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward  his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.”

Any attempt to deny anyone the reward of their labour is an act of unrighteousness before God, and because God cannot be unrighteous, it is part of His nature to call a person’s deeds into remembrance for adequate recompense.

He did this with Abraham, Noah, Cornelius, Rachael, Hannah and the nation of Israel. God will therefore remember your contributions to the growth of His kingdom and adequately compensate you in Jesus’ Name.

LESSON INTRODUCTION:

Generally speaking, a spiritual breakthrough is an experience of a new and unprecedented level of spiritual state/status. 2 Kings 2:11-15.

A breakthrough is not a coincidence. It takes place in the life of those who have been carefully selected by God. God chooses whoever He wills (Psalm 115:3). He can show mercy on anyone as He pleases (Rom. 9:15-16).

However, you have to be committed to God and live a sacrificial life (2 Kings 2:1-14). The Apostles went an extra mile for God and got their spiritual breakthroughs. You must be willing to pray fervently, fast and persevere ( Matt. 17:21; James 5;17-18).

You must be ready to endure to the end focusing your attention on the Lord Jesus Christ and the things that are heavenly (Heb. 12:1-2).Making it to Heaven is a spiritual breakthrough (John 14:1-6).

CONCLUSION:
Spiritual breakthrough is the mother of all breakthroughs as it depicts the believers’ access into the spiritual realm to control the physical. John 3:27.

God is saying to someone- inasmuch You Abide in Him, that Afflictions will not rise again! Take Note!

From everything that is taken away your energy/happiness and Peace! You are separated today in Jesus Name!

I speak over all closed wombs to begin to welcome their babies in Jesus Name!

Over all of You I will not have cause to mourn in Jesus Name

Limitations that has been broken will not return again in Jesus Name!

If Jesus Tarries we shall all live long in good health and wealth in Jesus Name!

At the end we shall not be cast away in Jesus Name!

Any forces that wants to stand against this saturday declarations wrath of God locate their camps in Jesus Name!
