Open Heaven 21 February 2018

1.Thank you, Father, for the salvation of my soul and for the abundance of your grace and mercy, upon my life and family.

2.Father, in anyway, l have fallen short of your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me, in Jesus’ name.

3.Father, give me the grace, never to be unequally yoked with unbelievers, in marriage, in business, and in all areas of my life, in Jesus’ name.

4.Father, let me never leave you and the Holy Spirit, to go and seek counsels, from the ungodly, idol worshipper, diviners, fortune tellers, palm and sand readers, and other satanic agents, in Jesus’ name.

5.I decree, that I shall never walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of the scornful, in Jesus’ name.

6.Father, let every evil counsel and plot of the enemies over my life, family and ministry, come to null and void, in Jesus’ name.

7.I refuse to wear the garment of tribulations and sorrow, prepared for me, by the enemies, in Jesus’ name.

8.I refuse to drink the water and eat the bread, of affliction, prepared for me by the enemies, in Jesus’ name. 2Chr 18:26.

9.Father, expose, disgrace, separate and protect me, from enemies, pretending to be my friends, in Jesus’ name.

10.Father, deliver me through divine intervention, from every plot, counsel, set-up, and trap of the enemies; let them be caught by their own evil devices, in Jesus’ name.

11.Father, let every plant you have not planted in the Redeemed Christian Church of God and in the life and ministry of Pastor E.A. Adeboye, be uprooted, NOW, in Jesus’ name.

4.Father, let every spirit of inferiority or superiority complex, in my relationship with any of my brethren, be consumed by your fire, in Jesus’ name.

5.Father, help me to recognise and be satisfied with my spiritual gifts, and empower me to stay within my calling, in Jesus’ name.

6.Father, let every spirit of envy and malice towards any of my brethren, on account of your spiritual gift(s), in his or her life, be destroyed by your fire, in Jesus’ name.

7.Father, let me never feel superior or look down on any brethren, on account of my gift or position, in the body of Christ, in Jesus’ name.

8.Father, let there be peace, brotherly love and contentment, in your church and in the entire body of Christ, in Jesus’ name.

9.Father, help me to appreciate your gifts in each member, in the body of Christ and celebrate them for who they are, as very important and valuable, in Jesus’ name.

10.Holy Spirit, help me to identity my spiritual gifts and help me to use them for the advancement of your Church and kingdom, in Jesus’ name.

MEMORISE: …and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The
Everlasting Father, The Prince Of Peace. Isaiah 9:6b

MESSAGE:
It is the practice in public functions to introduce the special guests or dignitaries present.

One person that may not be so easy to introduce is
Jesus Christ. Each time He introduces Himself, He does it with a new name or title. If you meet
Him today, He may say “I am the Word of God”.
When you meet tomorrow, He may tell you He is the Lamb of God. The next time you meet with Him, He may introduce Himself as the Door.
Occasionally, He may combine two and say He is
the Resurrection and the Life.

Sometimes, He
may even roll three together and say: “I am the Way, the Truth and the Life”.

The God that we serve has uncountable names
and it is so because God arranged it to meet each of our needs.

Whatever your need, there is provision for you in one of His names and titles.

In Luke 2:10 the angels introduced Him as Good tiding of Great Joy, this season, you shall receive good news in Jesus’ name

PRAYER POINT:
Lord Jesus, because you are the Good Tidings of Great Joy, terminate evil news coming my way and cause me to hear only good news throughout this year.

13:21 And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:

13:22 He took not away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people.

Our Lord Jesus Christ revealed to His disciples very important aspects of His being when He declared Himself as the Light of the world in John 8:12:

“Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world

: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

He followed this up by manifesting this attribute when He performed a creative miracle in order to bring light into the life of a man who had never been able to see (John 9). Before creating eyes where none existed before, to signify the purpose of what He has about to do, He declared in John 9:5:

“As longs as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”

I pray that any form of darkness engulfing your life will disappear today in Jesus’ Name. You cannot drive away darkness. All you need to do to make darkness disappear is to let in the light.

For this reason, I ask you to allow Jesus into every area of your life without exception, because wherever He is, there will be light. If He enters your life today, light has entered into you.

From today’s memory verse, we understand that Jesus is also the Father of lights. It then follows that if Jesus is the Father of lights, He must have children who are lights. Who then are the children of the Father of lights? We Christians are. He revealed our identity to us in Matthew 5:14, saying:

“Ye are the light of the world.A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.”

There is no hiding place for genuine children of  Light, because they cannot but function to expose the works of darkness. As lights, we are to guide those who are in darkness out of it (Romans 2:19). Read: Open Heaven 22 February 2018

As our Lord is the Light of the world, so are we. We must shine on His behalf by exposing the evil of sin and the wickedness of the devil and his agents.

Doing this will certainly attract persecution, and so we must be battle-ready against the kingdom of darkness. Our focus must be on Jesus Christ the Light from whom we obtain our light. Let’s hold on to His message to us in John 15:19

“If ye were of the world, theworld would love his own: but because ye are not of theworld, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.”

This is where the problem lies; children of the Light today are not ready to be hated. They would rather conform to the world instead of using their light to transform the world. God will help you shine brightly as an agent of transformation in Jesus’ Name. Read: Open Heaven 21 February 2018

Garden in Camp that activities of darkness will be frustrated. Gen.1:3

 Let us commit the work going on in National Redemption Garden in
Camp into the hand of God for speedy completion

 Arise O’ LORD, and let your enemy be scattered concerning the National
Redemption Garden in Camp and let all those hindering the job be
relocated

 Let us pray that God will raise helpers of destiny financially for

MEMORISE: This I say then, walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
Galatians 5:16

MESSAGE:
If you look at how the saints of old overcame the devil, you will discover one simple method
that can be applied most of the time.
That method is to do the exact opposite of what the
devil expects.

In every situation of temptation, God has a particular way of escape for you. In
the same vein, Satan has his own expectations
regarding how he wants you to respond. You are
the one in-between these two forces and therefore you are the one to determine which
one you will choose.

A safe way out is to always go contrary to the expectations of the devil. For
instance, when the devil tells you to pay a visit to the opposite sex alone, simply refuse. If you
obey him, you will surely fall.

Satan loves to be worshipped. And when you do what he wants, you worship him. In all you do, never give credit or credence to Satan. Never
bow before him or his agents and never worship
him.

Refuse to do what he wants concerning any
given situation. Pray and evangelize when he gives you reasons not to. Always go in opposition and you will overcome.

ACTION POINT:
If Satan could ask Jesus to worship him, he will surely demand the same from you. Be on the
look-out
