Let’s Pray in Jesus’ name!

Thank You, Father, for the salvation of my soul through the precious blood of Jesus.

Father, in any way I have fallen short of your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me, in Jesus’ name.

OPEN HEAVEN FOR TEENS 20 JULY 2023 MESSAGE

Every person is powerful, even a little child.

We can choose to speak or act in certain ways, but submitting that power to the Holy Spirit is what eventually makes us gentle. Before I gave my life to Christ, I used to get angry easily and offended me.

Then, I met the Holy Spirit, who began to work on me. Now, when a fellow does something wrong and I want to react rashly, He nudges me to be calm so that I can correct the fellow.

I overcame anger because I handed over the reins of my life to the Holy Spirit. If you want to be gentle, you also need to do the same. He is the only One who can give you the wisdom to act right at all times.

When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, you will be gentle and correct people with ease instead of arguing or speaking with resentment, knowing that their salvation is very important. You will also forgive easily.

OPEN HEAVEN 20 JULY 2023 MESSAGE

Anyone can become the best.

There are, however, conditions that must be fulfilled if you want to become the best.

The Bible says: I have seen servants upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth. Ecclesiastes 10:7

It all depends on the readiness to pay the price.

In our Bible text, we read the promises of God that assure us of being the best. However, in the same text, we read the conditions to fulfil – hearkening to the voice of the Lord, observing and doing all His commandments.

How many of us are ready to hearken to the voice of the Lord today?

I have taught my ministers what it means to hearken, which is different from listening. To hearken is not just to listen but to pay very close attention to the details of the voice and commandment of the Lord.

Only then can you fulfil the details of God’s instructions. The Bible says that faith can only come by hearing, and hearing by the word of God and not the word of men or the voice of our carnal body (Romans 10:17).

For example, if you want to be the best financially, you must pay close attention to Malachi 3:10, which says: Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

A closer look at the passage above will reveal why some people have been paying their tithes but have not received the promise of super-abundance.

“Bring all the tithes” the Bible says – not some. “Bring it” not “Send it” – meaning that God cherishes our presence before Him more than our gift.

He wants our fellowship. He is not a beggar; we must come with fear and trembling, praying that He would even accept our tithes and offerings.

Another example is when we want God to perform miracles through us.

The Bible says that some results cannot be achieved without prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21), even though some translations have removed fasting for reasons best known to them.

Beloved, you can be the best if you will pay the price of surrendering your life to Christ and living according to His will.

Peace is one of the fruits a fellow bears when he/she abides in the Holy Spirit: this involves surrendering your ideas, perspectives, relationships, words, actions, thoughts, and emotions to the Holy Spirit.

It’s impossible to bear this fruit if you’re not connected to the Holy Spirit.

The reason there is strife, violence, hatred, et cetera, in our world today is that many people want to lord their views and opinions on other people at all costs.

The antidote to this is abiding in the Holy Spirit. 

John 15:4 says: Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

Sometimes, however, an unpleasant situation or people’s opinions can rob one of his/her peace.

If you find yourself in such a situation, you have to allow the Holy Spirit fill your heart completely. Invite Him afresh into your life today.

OPEN HEAVEN 19 JULY 2023 MESSAGE

The greatest storm of life is untimely death.

The good news is that the Storm Stiller has power over death.

The Bible says: Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?  – John 11:25-26

The story behind our memory verse is a pointer to the fact that Jesus indeed is the only One who can still all storms of life, including the most devastating one – death.

There was a widow who was left with only one son. The storm of death had taken away her husband and returned to take her only son as well.

As the child was being carried away for burial, the woman and the people bearing the corpse encountered the Storm StiIler.

The Bible records that: And he came and touched the bier, and they that bare him stood still. And he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise. Luke 7:14

Beloved, I bring good news to you today: the storm of untimely death will not rage in your family. As Jesus stilled the storm on the sea, so shall every devastating storm be stilled today, in Jesus’ name.

Jesus is the only answer to the storm of death. The Bible says: Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil: And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage – Hebrews 2:14-15

Beloved, you do not need to be afraid of death because Jesus Christ has conquered death for us; because He lives, death shall have no power over us again.

You do not need to join secret societies or engage in voodoo for fear of death.

Romans 6:9 assures us that death has no control over Christ; if you’re His child, death can have no control over you either.

Heavenly Father, I come before Your throne of grace, acknowledging that You are the source of all wealth and provision. please grant me the wisdom and diligence to handle my finances responsibly, in the mighty name of Jesus. (Proverbs 22:7)

Lord Jesus, I surrender my financial struggles and storms to You. Just as the Scripture says, “The rich man’s wealth is his strong city,” I declare that my wealth and prosperity will be established in You, in the mighty name of Jesus. (Proverbs 10:15)

Abba Father, I commit to working diligently and faithfully. Your Word affirms that the hand of the diligent makes rich, and I hold onto this promise for my life, in the mighty name of Jesus. (Proverbs 10:4-5)

Lord Almighty, according to Your Word in John 14:14, I boldly ask for Your divine intervention in my financial situation. I believe that as I call upon Your name, my prayers shall be answered, in the mighty name of Jesus.

Heavenly Father, as I seek Your face and Your will concerning my finances, I trust that You will lead me to the path of prosperity and abundance, in the mighty name of Jesus. (Matthew 7:7-8)

Lord all those who have been rebroadcasting these prayers and declarations, give them the grace to keep up with this good work of Faith, in the name of Jesus.

Let’s Declare!

I decree and declare that every financial storm in my life and household be stilled by the mighty power in the name of Jesus Christ.

I decree and declare I shall not be a servant to lenders, I shall rule over financial challenges because the riches of the wicked are laid up for the just (Proverbs 22:7, Proverbs 13:22).

I decree and declare that through hard work and diligence, I and my household shall prosper and stand before kings, not mean men, as stated in Proverbs 10:4-5 and Proverbs 22:29, in the mighty name of Jesus

I decree and declare that my efforts shall not be in vain, for as I build my life and business, the Lord Himself shall establish me and I shall experience supernatural increase, in the mighty name of Jesus (Psalm 127:1, Deuteronomy 28:8).

I decree and declare that the curse of poverty passed down from Adam’s fall is broken in my life by the redeeming power of Jesus Christ (Galatians 3:13).

I decree and declare that the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross has restored me to a life of abundance, and I shall walk in that abundance, in the mighty name of Jesus (John 10:10).

I decree and declare that as I invite Jesus into my life and household, every financial storm shall be calmed, and we shall experience divine provision and favor, in the mighty name of Jesus (Revelation 3:20, Philippians 4:19).

I decree and declare the Lord shall provide all my needs according to His riches in glory, in the mighty name of Jesus 

I decree and declare that as I ask, seek, and knock, every door of financial breakthrough shall be opened unto me this day, in the mighty name of Jesus (Matthew 7:7-8).

I decree and declare that God will end poverty in my life today, and through my testimonies, many shall be drawn to the Kingdom of God, in the mighty name of Jesus

OPEN HEAVEN FOR TEENS 18 JULY 2023 MESSAGE

Joy is different from happiness: it is a fruit of the Spirit which doesn’t go away when bad things happen.

The joy of a Christian comes from the knowledge he/she has about God.

The joy from the Holy Spirit comes from knowing the Lord and believing that He is greater than anything bad that might happen to us.

Even when unpleasant things happen, you will feel sad but still have joy deep inside, knowing that God has your back.

Happiness, on the other hand, is based on material things. For example, what you feel when you pass an examination is happiness and not Joy.

When your parents buy a new car, that feeling is happiness. Thus, one of the reasons people become sad when they get disappointed is because they don’t have joy, they only occasionally get happy when good things happen to them.

A child of God never loses his/her joy even when situations around him/her are not good because the Holy Spirit, the well of joy, lives inside him/her.

Depression and Suicidal thoughts don’t linger in the hearts of joyful children of God.
