I decree and declare that the month of July is unto my family and I, a month of back to back breakthroughs and favor in Jesus name.

I decree and declare that I am sober and vigilant, aware of the devil’s devices and equipped to overturn it in Jesus name.

I decree and declare that in this this month of July, the devil will not devour my family. Instead, we have overcome him and trample upon him in Jesus’ name.

I decree and declare that I am not sleeping or slumbering. I am awake and vigilant in Jesus’ name.

I decree and declare that I believe in Jesus, therefore out of my belly shall flow rivers of living water in the name of Jesus.

I decree and declare according to God’s word that I am established and experience all-round success in life in Jesus’ name.

I decree and declare that from the beginning to the end of this month and even in the years to come, my eyes shall see no evil, my ears shall hear no evil, my hands shall touch no evil. Even if I see and hear, I shall not experience it in the name of Jesus.

I decree and declare that in this month of July, my daily bread is provided for. The air I breathe is purified and the water I drink is sanctified in Jesus’ name.

Backsliding is the act of going back to the sin that was once repented of. The Bible says that
a backslider is not fit for the kingdom
of God, as God does not delight in him/her at all.

The end of a backslider is usually not good because God isn’t involved in any area of his her life. Satan uses different schemes such as bad association, Lukewarmness, prayerlessness, non-meditation on the word of God, unforgiveness, et cetera, to try to distance believers from God in order to make them backslide.

When a believer backslides, the sense of God’s presence leaves him/her and he/she becomes open to the manipulation of the devil. As a child of God, I encourage you to do the things that please your Heavenly Father always and be wary of any form of backsliding.

1 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

OPEN HEAVEN 2 JULY 2023 MESSAGE

The kind of help anyone can render is determined either by the person’s might or capability. Nobody can give what he or she does not have. This makes divine help very desirable since it comes from the unlimited God. David knew this secret and penned what we have as part of our text for today.

He said, ‘I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth” (Psalm 121:1-2). The following are the steps we must take to secure divine help:

First, we must fear and trust the One who has unlimited power to help. Psalm 37:39-40 says that the salvation of the righteous is of the Lord and that He shall help and deliver them from the wicked because they trust Him.

The second step is to keep the law of the Lord. Psalm 119:145-146 says: “I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O Lord: I will keep thy statutes. I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies”.

Unfortunately, many self-professing Christians do not want to hear anything about the law of God and would rather overstretch the place of grace to the point of lawlessness. This is not God’s will.

The third step for those who would benefit from Divine help is to call on the Lord for the needed help. The Bible says in Exodus 20:3: “Thou shalt have no other gods before me”. Looking up to anything or anyone apart from God is idolatry.

This is dangerous because our God is a jealous God (Exodus 20:5). As a matter of fact, we short-change ourselves by trusting in man that is limited rather than trusting the Almighty, the Unlimited God.

The Bible says: Woe to them that go down to Egypt for help; and stay on horses, and trust in chariots, because they are many; and in horse, because they are strong; but they look not unto the Holy One of Israel, neither seek the Lord. (Isaiah 31:1)

Beloved, I encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus, live righteously and look up to God alone for help. He will never let you down.

OPEN HEAVEN 30 JUNE 2023 MESSAGE

If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. – (John 14:14) In other words, Jesus was saying in the verse above that, “I will give you a blank cheque”. Today, we will discuss how to obtain this divine blank cheque.

God gives blank cheques to people whose hearts pant after His kingdom on earth. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. – John 15:16)

He said in the passage above that when you win souls and follow them up until they are strong in the Lord, then you can ask God for whatever you want in His name, and He will do it for you.

When you seek God’s kin, megdom first above all else, then He will give you everything that you could ever need (Matthew 6:33). I have always said that God is a playwright, having written the script of everything that is happening on earth.

In (1 Kings 3:5-14), when God gave Solomon a blank cheque, He already knew the end from the beginning. He knew that the boy would ask for wisdom to rule God’s people, so when he did, the Lord added riches, peace and everything else a man could ever want.

When God sees that you have a heart that is interested in the salvation of the souls and in the establishment of His kingdom on earth, you will get from Him all those things other people are struggling for.

Seek God’s kingdom diligently; seek to ensure that His will is done on earth as it is in heaven. You will see how He will embarrass you with so many blessings that you would be the one saying, “Lord, it is enough”.

Give to the work of God, go out on evangelism regularly, follow up new converts to ensure they abide in the flock of Christ. Let God see your dedication to His work and He will surely reward you with a blank cheque.

Being in the middle of a divide is a dangerous thing for a fellow because he or she will be perceived as unserious, uncommitted to a cause and hypocritical. This is the reason Jesus told His disciples: “let your yes be yes, and your no, no” (Matthew 5:37).

In matters of the kingdom, you can’t afford to have one leg in the world and the other in Christ. There is no way you can jump on worldly trends in fashion, music, et cetera, and still claim that you are a Christian.

Beloved, a pretentious Christian is worse than an unbeliever. It is best to be a hot cake for God than a lukewarm cake in the world. Let your fire burn bright for God, and stay vigilant so it will not burn out.

We are in the last days and the Lord is marking His own children; it will be in your best interest not to be lukewarm so that the mark of Christ will be on you to shield you from the enemy’s attack now and in the future.
