Are you being troubled by external or internal forces? And is your peace being threatened?

Below are some scriptures that talk about peace for you as a child of God and prayers for you to say and declare especially during your night time prayers.

Study and meditate on these verses and declare them into your life.

Say the prayers too with faith in your heart and may testimonies abound for you in Jesus name.

Bible Verses:

1. Philippians 4:6-7 – “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

2. John 14:27 – “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”

3. Isaiah 26:3 – “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you because he trusts in you.”

4. Psalm 29:11 – “The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.”

5. Romans 15:13 – “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.”

Midnight Prayers for Peace:

1. Prayer for Surrender: Heavenly Father, in this midnight hour, I come before you with a heart burdened by worry, anxiety, and unrest. I surrender all my cares and concerns to you. I release control and place my trust in Your loving and capable hands. Fill me with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help me to rest in Your presence, knowing that you are in control of every situation. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

2. Prayer for Peace of Mind: Lord, I pray for peace of mind and clarity of thought. Guard my mind against negative thoughts, anxiousness, and fear. Renew my thinking with Your truth and wisdom. Help me to fix my thoughts on You, knowing that You are faithful and will provide all that I need. Grant me a calm and steady mind amidst the chaos of life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

3. Prayer for Peace in Relationships: Heavenly Father, I lift up all my relationships before You. Bring peace and harmony into my family, friendships, and interactions with others. Heal any wounds or conflicts that exist. Give me the grace to forgive and seek reconciliation where needed. May Your love and peace flow through me, bringing unity and understanding. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

4. Prayer for Peace in Troubled Times: Lord, I pray for peace in the midst of trials and tribulations. You are the Prince of Peace, and I trust in Your ability to calm the storms of life. Grant me strength and courage to face challenges with faith and peace. Help me to rely on Your promises and to find solace in Your presence. May Your peace fill my heart and radiate to those around me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

5. Prayer for Gratitude and Contentment: Gracious God, I thank You for the blessings You have bestowed upon me. Help me to cultivate an attitude of gratitude and contentment. Remind me of Your faithfulness and provision. Teach me to find peace in the present moment, resting in the assurance of Your love and care. May I embrace Your peace and share it with others. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

In your midnight prayers for peace, allow yourself to be still before God, surrendering your worries and seeking His presence. Trust that His peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard your heart and mind.

OPEN HEAVEN 12 JUNE 2023 MESSAGE

After God has called you to salvation, the next call He makes to you is to join Him in His agenda to redeem other lost souls across the world. He doesn’t only redeem the world from the altar; He calls people from all walks of life to be His tools for redemption in that area. For example, He can call some people to join Him in politics because He has an agenda to use the political office they will occupy as a tool in redeeming the world.

God is not a Sunday-Sunday God. He is God every single day. Pastors don’t reserve the right to be used by God. As long as you are born again – whether you are in business, arts, entertainment, or even fashion, God can use you in that field to redeem the world. He said in Colossians 3:17, “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.”

When you do something in the name of someone, it means that it is not really you doing it but the fellow you are representing. When you feel God pulling you to work for Him in a certain field of life, then you must ask Him what His agenda is concerning that thing you are asked to do. Know that in that place where you are, everything you do must be in line with His agenda. That is the only way you can be doing it in His name. Note that you are His representative there and so must not do what He would not if He were there physically Himself.

As a reward for answering the call to join Him in His redemptive work in the world, God makes sure that all things work together for your good.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Romans 8:28

Once you are called according to His purpose and you answer that call, fulfilling His purpose in your field, all things will begin to work together for your good.

Everlasting King of Glory, I worship Your Name for You are Good and Kind. Thank You for being my God and thank You for keeping me and my loved ones.

Oh Lord, I come before Your throne of grace asking for mercy today. Please show me mercy and forgive all my sin in Jesus’ name.

Oh Lord, help me not to go back to the unpleasant and sinful lifestyle of the past in the name of Jesus.

Lord, may I always make You proud in my words, actions, and lifestyle in the name of Jesus.

Lord, please help me to give diligence to make my calling and election sure. Help me to do the right things, that I shall never fall in Jesus’ name.

Heavenly Father, I come to You this day, asking You to help me. I understand that Your call is upon my life and You have an assignment for me. But first I ask You to help me to come to a place of deeper fellowship and closeness with You. Help me to understand that a call from You is actually a call to You. Many years ago, I had a young friend who was very fervent in the Lord. Suddenly, he died. I was devastated and cried to the Lord to bring him back to life. After a while, he woke up, said we were disturbing God and slept again. I had no choice, I had to let him rest, but I was glad that he was with the Lord.

As long as Jesus tarries, everyone will die. The difference, however, is that the righteous don’t die: they sleep because they will resurrect and reign with God on the resurrection morning, while the unrighteous will perish in the lake burning with fire. The question you need to answer is, what state will you be in when your time comes (a state of righteousness or unrighteousness)?

In Romans 10:3-4, Paul explained that you can only become righteous when you submit to the righteousness of God that was made available through Jesus Christ. Submitting to the righteousness of God is not just about giving your life to Christ, rather it is submitting to God’s will continuously and living daily for Him. Hence, if you want to reign with God in eternity, you have to start living righteously now.

OPEN HEAVEN 11 JUNE 2023 MESSAGE

The call of God is actually a call to God. Many people think that when God calls them, it is a call to something, whereas it is a call to Him. When He calls you, He is saying, “Come closer to me”. In Mark 3:14, the Bible says that the first reason He called the disciples was that they should be with Him.

The call of God is two-fold. First, He can call you to leave your sinful ways, to leave the kingdom of darkness and come to Him in the Kingdom of light. This is the call He made in Matthew 11:28: “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest”. We will focus on this first call today.

This call is the very one that every human being will receive. When you are in a service and you hear the preacher making the altar call, it is actually God Himself calling out to sinners to leave their sinful ways and come to Him for salvation.

There was a very notorious young man who brought someone to Church with his motorcycle. He waited for a little while outside the Church and listened to the sermon. When the altar call was made he considered surrendering his life to Christ, but then decided against it and zoomed off.

Unfortunately, he got involved in an accident later that day and died. If only he had answered the altar call when it was made! Even if he had still died, at least he would have made it to heaven.

God’s call unto salvation is extended to everyone. He desires to call all sinners out of darkness into His marvellous light. He is seeking to make everyone a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation and a peculiar people (1 Peter 2:9).

Some however, heed God’s call, become saved then start to sin again wilfully. Such people are not fit for the kingdom of God (Luke 9:62) and He has promised to spue such out of His mouth if they do not retrace their steps back to Him. (Revelation 3:16).

God’s call to salvation is a call to holiness. If you don’t live holy, you are rejecting the call.

Great is Your faithfulness, oh Lord my father, there is no shadow of turning with You. Thou changest not, thy compassion they fail not. As thou has been, thou forever will be.

Thank You Lord for the blessing of a new day that You have made me to see. Thank You for life and preservation. It is Your doing and it’s marvelous in my sight.

Father, forgive me for every sin I have committed against You. Show me mercy and help me to live right in Jesus’ name.

Father, grant me a humble spirit that honors my elders especially they that rule well and they who labour in the word and doctrine In Jesus’ name.

Father, please help me to briddle my tongue and be disciplined. May I never join those who despise or mock Your anointed ones in Jesus’ name.

Father, help me to teach my children to revere and honor God’s anointed. May my children not attract curses to themselves due to dishonor in Jesus’ name.

Lord, help my children to be respectful and to honor Your servants in the name of Jesus.

Oh Lord, even when there are wars about me from side to side preserve me and keep me unhurt and untouched in the name of Jesus.

Father, show me mercy for every way I have shown dishonor to Your servants and Your anointed. Forgive me and take away the evil consequences by Your mercy in Jesus’ name.

Father, please, wear upon me the garment of Your praise and worship; and empower me to worship and praise You, without ceasing, in Jesus’ name.

Father, help me to be holy as You’re holy in heaven, and empower me by Your grace, to do all the things that will attract and retain Your presence in my life, in Jesus’ name.

Father, remember me today, and let every long standing and difficult yoke in my life be broken, in Jesus’ name.

Lord, bless Your son Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye for all his years of continual service, remember him, guide him on the path, help him remain focused, and bless his entire household, in Jesus’ name.
