OPEN HEAVEN FOR TEENS 13 MARCH 2023 MESSAGE

Two striking points from this parable are: First, all the ladies were virgins. Virginity here refers to purity and holiness. If you will be ready for the second coming of the Lord, then you must be born again. The five virgins without the oil represents fake believers who enjoy the show of being called Christians without truly loving the Lord.

Every believer must work out his/her salvation with fear and trembling. Two, all the virgins slept off! Yes, we all slumber and sleep off on this journey at different times because we don’t know the exact time the Bridegroom will come. Some relax on their faith, some backslide, and some draw back completely.

However, only those who prepare for His coming will awake into everlasting life like the five virgins with the extra oil. Eternity is for uncountable years; if you miss Heaven, you cannot miss hell. Therefore, you must remain a virgin and be ready for the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

OPEN HEAVEN 14 MARCH 2023 MESSAGE

From our Bible reading, we can clearly see that the Word is Jesus Christ (John 1:14). The Word is extremely powerful. If you can know and be filled with the Word, then there is nothing that would be impossible to you.

If you meet someone and the fellow is introducing himself to you, he is likely to tell you what he does. For example, a Civil engineer will most likely introduce himself as one. In getting to know the Word also, you must first know what the Word does. According to John 1:1-3, the Word is the Creator of all things.

Is there anybody who can duplicate the sun, moon, seas, or the human brain? Do you know that it is the Word that created you? To prove that all His creations are masterpieces, He put a unique code in your fingerprints such that no other creation of His is exactly like you. Someone else may have the same height, looks and complexion as you, but no two people are exactly the same. He made you unique for a purpose and you will fulfil that purpose in Jesus’ name.

When you see a masterpiece, it is usually extremely valuable, so valuable that no one can place a price on it and it’s thus often auctioned to the highest bidder. Matthew 16:26 says that your soul is so precious that even if all the riches in this world were to be put ina bid for your soul, there still wouldn’t be enough value for it.

That is why I marvel when I see people selling their soul to the devil for material wealth. Such people are selling themselves short. The only price that is worth being paid for your soul is the blood of the Lord Jesus – the Word Himself. He has shed His blood and paid the price for you to be with Him for eternity.

Some sell their souls to the devil because they are lusting after a woman. Some sell their souls by telling lies so as not to get in trouble with men. There is nothing the world and the devil has to give that can be as valuable as your soul. Don’t sell yourself short to the enemy, the Word has already purchased you with His priceless blood.

OPEN HEAVEN FOR TEENS 12 MARCH 2023 MESSAGE

In this parable, Jesus Christ taught us how to prepare for His second coming. He advised that these last days, a Christian should be faithful, prayerful and burning with the fire of the Holy Ghost so that the fellow may be ready when He comes. The truth is, the world is no longer eager about the coming of Christ, but as Jesus said, it would happen unexpectedly as He will come “like a thief in the night.”

Our Bible text shows that all the virgins were sleeping when the call came. This implies that it doesn’t matter what you are doing at any time, you must be doing it the right way when Jesus returns so that you won’t be agitated about repentance or making restitutions.

Today’s Powerful Confession: I confess today I am never alone even in the worst moments, God sees me and is always beside me. He is sending help to me and I will not lose hope. My effectual fervent prayers avail much because they come from a place of deep intimacy and fellowship with God. OPEN HEAVEN FOR TEENS 11 MARCH 2023 MESSAGE

The only person who eventually passed by and helped the injured man was the Samaritan. In Jesus’ days, Samaritans were considered a low class of people by the Jews since they did not keep all the laws. In fact, he was the least person likely to have shown compassion for the man.

The “Good Samaritan” dressed the man’s wounds with wine (to disinfect) and oil (to soothe the pain), put the man on his animal and took him to an inn for a time of healing, and paid the innkeeper with his own money. When I see or hear about young people who are always eager to work for God or give towards any kingdom project, my heart jumps for joy.

They have cultivated a habit that will register their name in the book of life as long as they keep pleasing God. No one has to see the good you’re doing: just ensure that it’s coming from a pure heart with the right motive, which is to glorify God.
